To a large extent, the quality of our lives is greatly affected by the
type of artificial illumination that we use at home or at work. Lumichrome
Full Spectrum fluorescent definitely improve

Cool White fluorescent lights, which most of us have been using for decades,
have an unbalanced spectral distribution (see chart below). These out-dated
lights emit a depressing, yellowish hue in a room, which distorts colors,

Cool White fluorescent lights have, for years, been blamed for eye
strain and headache problems (in people) that are associated with

Lumichrome Full Spectrum Fluorescent

Lumichrome
1XC
can be
compared to natural outdoor light at noon on a May morning in the
northern hemisphere, with
a
color temperature of 5000 degrees Kelvin and Color Rendering Index (CRI)
of 96. It is approximately at this time of day that the
blue and red parts of the color spectrum are present in equal amounts
(see chart below).

currently use a bulb that has "F40" inscribed in the glass near the end
of the tube, use F40W1XC.
If you
currently use a bulb that has "F32" inscribed in the glass near the end
of the tube use F32W1XC.)
The
Lumichrome 1XZ
with a color temperature of 5700 degrees kelvin and a CRI of 95 provides
a slightly "whiter" light (than does the
Lumichrome 1XC.

F20T12 and F40T12)
The
Lumichrome 1XX has a
color temperature of 6500 degrees kelvin and a CRI of 98 (the
highest CRI of any fluorescent light on the market today.
